I hope I spell her name right Kanolani? was wonderful! (Hope I got her name right because it is so beautiful and she was great!) I called in advance to see how the process was with COVID-19. My Wife and I are high risk but needed to get new glasses. She was really sweet and walked us through the safety precautions and even told us times that it is calmer so we wouldn't run into people. When we got there she was very careful and smart about how we did the whole transaction. She put our anxieties at ease with this Virus and she was very respectful of our Service Dog. Such a wonderful experience that I would recommend friends and family to see her if they can.

The staff assisting us today (and I apologize, I cannot for the life of me spell her name) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am immunocompromised and at risk of COVID and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe for my needed visit. I really appreciated her attentiveness and help and kindness. She was patient while we needed some extra assistance with pricing as well due to our insurance not covering as much as we expected. I absolutely reccomend and hope this gets back to her so she knows how much we appreciated her kindness and help!!

Customer service was awesome. Everyone I encountered was super nice and professional. All of my questions were answered. However, i felt like they kept trying to push lasik on me. I can see pretty okay without glasses as it is, so it was kind of weird. Then, I asked for whatever my insurance covered in terms of glasses so I didn’t have to pay much out of pocket and somehow still got quotes ranging from $300-600. I expected to pay a little considering the glasses I chose, but this was wild. I stressed forever wondering how I’d be able to afford this. Went to target without insurance and paid less than $200 for an exam and glasses/lenses. Not sure if everyone there is just supposed to push the most expensive products, but it definitely makes me not want to go back or recommend.

I am giving a 1 review because zero is not an option. My child needed a prescription filled immediately, and it took three days before I was told that more paperwork would have to be filled, further delaying the process. I would have happily filled out any paperwork or made any payment at the time of my arrival, but I believe that the company would rather prevent a child from being able to see than do their due diligence.
