I have been a patient of Dr. Galehdari for about 15 years. She has been amazing to work with. When I first scheduled an appointment with her I had been to 6 other doctors trying to figure out an issue I was having with my eye. Dr. Galehdari diagnosed and treated my condition with a few minutes. I highly recommend her!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Galehdari's now for at least the last ten years. My spouse and another family member have been seeing Dr. Galehdari for even longer. Her office is very professional both in terms of its staff and furnishings. She has very up-to-date imaging and other eye testing equipment. Dr. Galehdari is very friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and is not afraid to personally make follow-up calls to patients to determine the status of outcomes for eye related issues that go beyond the scope of her normal services. She routinely goes above and beyond what is expected. My family and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Nazi is very informative and takes time to discuss each patient’s eye health. You never feel rushed. She is truly professional and personable at the highest level!

Have been receiving my eye care from Dr. G for many years. Always look forward to my visits with her. Very friendly and exceptionally professional. Throughly competent. Great staff too. I recommend her to family and friends. Took my elderly father in after VA Hospital was unable to help him. She spent a lot of time in the exam and identified the problems. Unfortunately the optical labs were unable to make the needed prescription because of his severe stigmatism. She tried several labs around the country. None were able to help. But my point is she was so patient with my Dad and tried so hard to help him. She goes the extra mile to make sure things are right. Remembers my specific history and tracks my needs. She identifies my issues and explains things fully to me. Integrates my other medical issues that affect my eyesight. Then works to get me the best frames and lenses to meet my needs and wants. Give her and her office a try. You will be happy.

Me (new patient) walking up to the reception desk 15 minutes early: “hi, I have an appointment at xx time. I know I’m early but figured I would need to fill out some forms” Michelle at front desk: with no eye contact and a transactional tone, “what’s the name?” Me: Gave her my name Michelle: Still transactional tone, “can I get your insurance information?” Me: handed it over Michelle gave me the forms which I handed back completed in a few minutes. With that I sat down and waited (without a word from the staff) for 45 minutes before I was called back. The doctor was great. What would have been nice: Any interaction from the front desk staff that acknowledged I was a human being and not just another number to be processed. Example of good customer/patient care that did not happen: With a warm smile “Hi, first time here?, welcome, can I get your name?...I know it’s a pain but here are some forms we’ll need. ....our apologies, we’re running a little behind today with our appointments, but feel free to browse around at the glasses and we’ll get you back to see the doctor as soon as we can.”
