The overall experience was okay. Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great. Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great. My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband's food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta. The kids seemed to like their food. So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.

We really did enjoy ourselves tonight. I had sirloin ud83eudd69 with garlic mashed potatoes. My daughter had chicken quesadilla. Our waiter Brandon was the man again!!! He has been our waiter the last few time we have gone there. I often ask to be sit in his sectionud83dude1c

03/28/21: Poor service!nnTonight I ordered curbside service from the Applebee's restaurant off of Carter Hill Road and paid a 25% tip! When my husband returned home with the order, it was completely wrong! It had our receipt on it, but the order belonged to someone else. When I called the restaurant to alert them of the mistake, no one answered the phone.nnMy husband then drove back to the restaurant and had to wait over 30 minutes for them to remake our order. The manager did not say he was sorry for giving us the wrong order, nor did he offer anything extra for the inconvenience. His attitude as a manager was poor. We won't return to this Applebee's again.nnThe restaurant used to be a decent place to go. However, now it is as if the customer should be lucky Applebees is serving us, rather than the chain offering a service and being grateful to a community that still supports them. After all, they could be closed like the Panera Bread on the corner!

The service is so mediocre. I ordered a steak 12 ounce ribeye asked for to be medium rare it came out well done. Due to an associate that works thereTo give the place another try . Apparently they unable to tell the difference between warm red center and well done ud83eudd69. So at this location they can only fry Chicken tender and ud83dudc20. If you desire anything else from their menu GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND SAVE YOUR....
