Went to Chili's in Eastchase, Montgomery AL today around 12:30. There were three adults and 2 toddlers and we were seated in the bar area. We sat there and after 10 minutes still had not been approached by a wait staff. There was one person behind the bar and another waiting on tables. My daughter asked the host if we had a waiter...he asked the bartender and two servers. After another 3 to 4 minutes we got up and left. My daughter, friend and I go to this Chili's location two or three times a month and the service is usually good. We always tip at least 20% for good service and food. Your location lost a $45 to $50 sale. These servers looked at us so we knew they were aware we were there. Manager was no where to be seen. Maybe the manager needs to train their staff on good customer service.

Really enjoyed our visit to this Chili's. The waitress was phenomenal. I was shorted a shrimp, and she noticed it before I did. I'm not even sure I would have noticed it to be honest. The food was good, and they are doing a pretty good job trying to be cautious in the midst of Covid. You might want to be careful if you have to go to the restroom though, because the floor outside the kitchen is a touch slippery.

The restaurant was clean and te staff was very friendly and inviting. Our waitress was incredible. She worked the bar and had 5 tables. She was very friendly, she was always available due to her constantly move around the floor checking with each table and also the bar. The food was hot, looked great, and tasted amazing. The experience was very good.

First time eating at this location. Out of everything drink wise on the menu. Took forever to them just get a beer. That i asked to have limes, finally got those. Service is SLOW at best. Definitely not worth the wait.
