If you want to experience friendly staff, clean environments, and also get motivated to accomplish your wildest dreams by listening to the workout studio next door while you're waiting.... Stopwatch Urgent Care on Moore's Mill is for you! After leaving the facility, I was ready to take on the world. Thank you Stopwatch Urgent Care on Moore's Mill! Fantastic people who truly care about each of their patients.

This is the nicest urgent care I've ever visited. Super friendly staff. I had an appointment but I was very early and they saw me almost immediately. I highly recommend this location!

Very organized and super convenient rapid covid testing. Made an appointment online for the same day. Easy to use website. Waited less than 10 minutes once we got there. And results can back in about 10 minutes. Staff was incredibly friendly.

This has been my go to testing site for COVID. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff, and the wait times aren’t too bad. There was one occasion where they were extremely busy and it took a little longer to get my results (rapid testing) but other than that I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Much better atmosphere than other local urgent cares.nnThey did not have a rapid test option when I went in recently, so double check before you go (or be prepared to have that possibility).

Complete waste of my student’s valuable time. My daughter was sick for 5 days with sore throat, chills, fever and congestion . She was up all night with an earache. She couldn’t miss classes but reserved a time to see someone at the end of her day. The NP looked in her ears and throat and acknowledged quite a bit of fluid on her ear. That was it.nnShe asked my daughter for her pharmacy and was specifically told to use CVS on Glenn in AU. My daughter waited for meds to be filled and after a reasonable amount of time with nothing the pharmacy tells her the prescriptions had been called in to Pepperell Parkway CVS in Opelika. She drove to Opelika and then back to Auburn again (while sick) to pick up a non-prescription Allegra D and some non-prescription Flonase that we already had from Costco. We literally have both OTC meds and she has been using them for 5 days. I tried calling to ask why an infection wasn’t considered at this point and the person I spoke with could not tell me but advised she could come back in 3 days if she wasn’t better. Better? Why would she be better in 3 days. She has an ear infection nit being treated.nnSo basically we just paid these people for an office visit and all we have to show for it is 2 trips to Opelika and back , 3 hours of lost study time and a prescription that equates to a note giving us permission to run all over the world to buy two medications I got on my last Costco run.nnI left a message for the Nurse that saw her but have been told she will also have my daughter return in 3 days. Not expecting a call.
