Reviews
They were great until insurance changed to medicaid. Now they are taking forever to schedule an appointment regardless of need to see a doctor.
I tried calling 3 different times and their connection cut off the phone call each time. I even called my mom out of state to make sure it wasn't a service error on my end. Every time a receptionist answered it shut off on me. I'm not sure what's wrong but I really need to see a doc and can't wait for them to fix the problem.
