Dr. Warner and his nurse practitioners are wonderful! Truly a great staff, all the way from the front office, to the triage, to the providers! Excellent service and treatment. Definitely would recommend!

Well we havent yet seen the Dr yet but i will say their answering receptionist lacks appropriate communication skills and would be beneficial to practice using the top part of the phone when taking a call.

The Dr and staff are nice enough but they don’t seem to have everything together to help the patient. It’s at their leisure. I called for a refill prescription that I have to pick up in person every month and asked to be called back. Two days later I still haven’t heard anything. So I take a day off work to go see what’s going on. The refill was ready for pick up but I didn’t know because it was my first refill and I don’t know their system. Same day- I might as well do some other things I need to do while I’ve got the day off. So I go to renew my CDL license and get an updated DOT physical. In order to be passed off I have to get the office to fax a copy to my Dr stating that I am ok to drive. I called and was transferred to the assistant (3:10) pm. I left the message and patiently waited in my Dr’s office till 4 trying to call them a couple more times during this period. Each time getting no answer. My Dr office allowed me to sit in their waiting room well after they were closed to wait on the fax. When I finally did reach someone on the phone they informed me the assistant doesn’t check their messages till 4:30. If that is known information then why would I be transferred to leave a message to wait an hour and a half for a response and according to the other message they have on their automated service any messages after 4:30 wont be returned until the next day. At 4:30 it is too late to do anything else. So it is currently 4:16, I’m still waiting at my Dr office, they’re closed, still haven’t gotten a call nor a fax with three sentences written on it, and the DMV closed at 4. Now I have to take another day off work and I got to wait for over an hour already. If they would return calls or have better communication this would be an exceptional office. Again. The staff are great. Just get ready to wait for EVERYTHING.
