We have used Ski Barn 3 times the past few years. The customer service has been superb. The manager Whit is very helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. This past weekend my 16yr son broke his arm skiing the 1st day and Ski Barn with no hesitation gave us a refund for the rest our rental time and showed true concern and kindness to my son; telling him their personal stories and giving him reassurance that's accidents happen.nNot only does Ski Barn have anything needed to purchase for skiing -being from Florida this is very helpful- but their amazing customer service is very much appreciated. Cool little shop, rented equipment and had an absolute blast on n the mountain. it all worked out well. Highly recommended!

A great place to rent skis and snowboards! Convenient location at the bottom of the MTN and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They were quick and had a ton of knowledge. Shop has an amazing selection.
Not a fan.nnNice product selection but we found clothing that was up-charged over the MSRP tag that we found attached to the garment... kinda weird.nnStaff was a little rude, won’t be going back.
