Drew and Tim in Geek Squad Automotive were amazing. I had a technical issue with my car, and they were friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t say enough about the quality of their work and their customer service.
I will never shop here again! I spent almost a thousand dollars on a computer, only to be told that it wasn't there, that the supply center was to blame. It was Sunday but they said I could pick it up Friday. Almost a full week later. Well today is Friday and I went to pick it up. I was told that they had no idea where the computer was but if I waited probably another WEEK it would probably turn up. Again blamed on the supply chain. I demanded my money back. I understand that Covid has caused many things to slow down but this is out of the question. How do you have no idea where it is! And the person 'helping' me couldn't care less and simply refunded my money and told me it could be up to three days. It had better!
Ordered a PlayStation online. The day it was set to be delivered I got an email stating that the carrier had dropped the item An it was possibly damaged An was being returned to Best Buy. I asked if another would be sent to me or what would happen now. I was told I would get a full refund. Days later I realize I don’t have the refund as I was going to purchase another one. I contacted Best Buy customer service who informed me they hadn’t even received the item back from the carrier but when they did they would start the refund process which would take 3 days THEN it would take 15 days to get it back into my account. I explained to the guy that was unfair to me as I paid with a credit card An I was being charged interest on it An would already be having to make payments on it so it would ultimately fall negatively on me. He offered no solutions to help me being none of it was my fault or had anything to do with me. I asked if they could just send me another An if they don’t recover it back from the carrier that’s something they should take up with them not me. I didn’t return it their carrier damaged it that’s between them. He told me no. They had a standard process they had to go through. I shopped Walmart for an item that when I got it it wasn’t the item I wanted An when I scheduled to return it the moment they had confirmation that it was at the carriers I got refunded. This is ridiculous to wait this long to be refunded An ultimately I’m paying the price for something their chosen carrier done.
I've made two purchases in the last month. Both times i had to wait and go find help. One trip no one was working the registers, so i had to go get the service counter to page for someone. The best and easiest part of my visits to this store was returning my purchased items. Online is a way better shopping experience.
Only reason I give them 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option!!! I will NEVER spend another dollar in this store. We have been loyal customers for years and always felt like we could count on them. This year I was ASSURED 3 times that my kids gaming PCs would be available to pick up December 22, 2020. I call they are not, then I go in on 12/24 an hour before my family opens Christmas gifts... still not there... here it is 12/26/20 and we are told that they will not be in store until 12/29/20. So my kids had NO GIFTS TO OPEN ON CHRISTMAS MORNING AND WILL NOT GET THEM UNTIL ALMOST NEW YEARS WHEN I WAS PROMISED AND GUARANTEED THEY WOULD BE IN ON 12/22/20. They ruined the best Christmas that I was able to provide for my children in years and don’t seem to care at all!! No discount, no rush order, not even a single person who acts like they care that two little boys Christmas was ruined!!!! Just a lot of passing the blame and being put on hold for 20+ minutes every time I call. Spend your money somewhere else people
