Quick service at curbside and I always find everything I need in stock.

There was only one person working the entire customer service desk - return, exchanges and internet order pick up. There were over 12 people waiting in line. It was easier for me to go back to the kitchen department and find my item. Then self checkout. Why would a competent manager not be on top of staffing this time of year!

We've used pick up several times from various retail stores. Target is it together. The rest, not so much. Prompt and courteous each time. No problems whatsoever. Very easy.

Only had person working customer service counter and there was a huge line to return things and pick up online orders. The employee what's Pleasant and working hard, however this is ridiculous to wait in line for 15 minutes to pick up an online order while other employees are just standing around talking to each other. Poor management.
