Lovely shopping experience. Two knowledgeable, courteous, helpful female employees went all out to help me find items. I believe one was Rebecca...not sure. Didn't see the other's name tag.nIn addition, the gentleman at the check out was very pleasant, with a great sense of humor.
Macy's continues being my all time favourite. This store is very well stocked, and I have to say that customer service is excellent.nEven though, the store associate who helped us was still learning his way around his job, he was also kindly assisted by his colleagues.
The Charleston Mall could take a lot of lessons from the Mall in barboursville there was security in the parking lot and inside the mall and a lot of good stores for for my teenage daughter
Macy's is one of my favorite stores. I can't believe they closed the Charleston store.
I spent 20 years in this store when it was called Lazarus. I loved it there. But times change and things never feel the same. Covid-19 has been hard on us all. Guess we will see where the next few years take us.
