I went to pay my bill and the first guy ask how can help. I said was here to pay my bill but some other guy was sitting in front of the register with the iPad things they have doing something instead of letting another guy ring me up. One customer 3 employees walking around talking and sitting in front of the register. I ended up spending 3 hours there instead of five minutes. Very very poor customer service.☹
First time buying my own phone and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was very realistic not trying to push some garbage on me to make sales also very informative any questions I had about the phone, service, or plan they had immediate answers
The customer service agent Phil was patient and informed. He made certain we were satisfied. He explained things well.
Highly disappointed. My son busted his dads phone. I was so in shock I threw it away. My husband wanted the same number. I had to go to Walmart and add a 3rd line, take the phone back to ATT and they transferred a sim card and gave him the same number. I have been with them 10 years. I'm switchingnGo in the store and ask for a manager???!!!! WHY?? No one in the store knows what they are doing!
Our Customer Representative “Kenny” was pretty awesome helping get our non profit a new cell phone setup. Kenny is the G.O.A.T. it wasn’t an easy process but he hung in there with us. THANKS KENNY
