I bought a great pair of Clarks when visiting Boston. The Irish lady was awesome! I just love these comfortable shoes!
Terrible return policy. I was in town for the weekend, bought a pair of shoes, had them for one day and I couldn’t exchange them because I wore them out of the store and walked 50 feet to the hotel in them. I wanted to exchange - not return - and was still denied. This is the first time I bought shoes from a retail store in years. I mostly buy online but wanted to support the local economy. It’s too bad stores adopt these antiquated policies when online shops are much easier for returns. I will it shop at a physical Clarke’s online again. Much easier to get it through Zappos and not have some sales lady give you a hard time when you want to upgrade your boots.
Looking for a quick bite, pleasantly surprised by the tuna taco appetizer and clam chowder. Probably the best meal we have had so far in the 3 days we have been here. Got a seat right away too which was nice!!
I love a flat black sturdy, but stylish shoe, so this THE place. High end and a little expensive, but great quality that really lasts. They have a wider selection than just my favorites and, of course, offer a wider array of colors. The store is neat and clean and sales staff seem helpful.nThis one is in a very crowded location and I just happened by. (not doing any serious looking.)
Ideally situated, very friendly staff, could have more collections, exclusive brand shop, Discount Sale was on certain products.
