I walk in on Wednesday 2/12 and a nice older woman greeted me. There was also a younger blond woman with glasses and a man with a beard. The blond girl was really helpful as well. The man with the beard did nothing but stand in a corner on his phone as if no one else was in the store. The older woman told me that he is the assistant manager. What kind of assistant manager doesn’t do anything to help out customers. What a terrific role modelud83eudd26ud83cudffc
Sadly, the customer service was very poor/non existent the day my three boys and I went in. Not one of the three individuals working came over to us to offer assistance. They spent their time chatting in the corner of the store near the cashier. We ended up buying three pairs of crocs, but I spent a significant amount of time digging through racks for various sizes.
U will like their shoes.
I have not been in store but i can not wait. My daughter loves crocs we usually buy online so this should be an exciting trip( girls day out) i hope the staff are nice!!!
