Absolutely worst customer service ever! SO RUDE! Will never shop at this location ever again! My boyfriend bought me a pair of crocs, so of course, i had to try them on to see if they fit me. I took about 5 to 10 steps but they were too big. The next day I went with my boyfriend to return them and they said they were worn and used and that we couldn’t return them! We thought it was just the lady helping us out that was being rude so we went back later that day. Another guy helped us out and we were about to exchange them for the ones that fit me and then the lady saw us and told the guy that they were used and worn out so we couldn’t return them. This proves that they were not worn out and used because before the lady came and told the man that we couldn’t return them he was about to exchange them BECAUSE THEY HAD ONLY BEEN WALKED ON FOR 5-10 STEPS! Never have I gone through anything like this. I strongly recommend that you do not go to the outlet mall and buy crocs from there. Go anywhere else, I promise you I’ll be making you a favor. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Loved the cleanliness of the store and the organization of the store but despise the misleading tags for prices and when addressed with the manager she looked at me like I was the crazy one. Can't have an entire shelf of the same product with one sign stating $.97 cents on the display and then charge the customer $4.99 per item
