Did an online order for my daughter. Shoes were ready the same day.nnWhen we got to the store there was no wait. The lady helped us right away and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes.nnDefinitely will continue to order from here.
Bought a pair of shoes online that were on clearance and they were too small. Went to the store and they actually had the size we needed in stock!
Terrible customer service at this store. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and the shoes did not fit so i had to return them. She wanted to give me less money for my return. I told her that if i paid $40 for that one pair of shoes than my credit should be $40. Then she claimed she won't accept the boots because they were worn. I never wore them out i just tried on one boot to check the fit. I recommend you clean the soles of the shoes before you return them if you try on the shoes you buy online. Yes!! I think most people try on the shoes they buy online. They will inspect them like a hawk and if they see a speck of dirt they will not take them back. I just cleaned the sole of the one boot i tried on and returned them the next day.
