Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. The burgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right and everything tasted delicious. We'll have to make Applebee's a more regular stop in the future.

Was a great experience after 3 in a half years of not going here. Was noticed quickly and say at the bar. Kelly was very friendly and polite. So far, the bar servers have been very good. I have been back twice in the last week because of the service and the good prices for what they have. Worth checking out!

we go here once or twice a week, it is usually great. we love Jack so much and he is the best server there. however, tonight it was kind of busy and the manager was helping us out and was very rude and condescending the whole time. we asked for a box and the manager (i assume, she had on a Polo shirt) brought a small box and said “will this be ok?” we told her we needed a bigger one so she proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away and started talking about us in the back, where we could hear her all the way at our table. they close at 12 but started putting chairs up at 11:30 (not a problem, we didn’t mind that), but then started mopping the whole restaurant around us and behind us. absolutely unacceptable for a manager to act this way when we spend a lot of money here weekly and simply asked for a TO GO BOX. we are ALL servers and are understanding, we never complain and have nothing bad to say about Jack, but the manager needs an attitude adjustment. we will go back simply to see Jack, but will be contacting the GM tomorrow about this experience.

There was something in my grandmother's ice tea and my mom ordered a well done steak but is was pink on the inside but they still added them to the receipt but luckily it was taken care of

If you see that the waitress has a big table...Why not give her the help she needs?nI waited about 20 min. or more for my appetizer. The whole table waited about 1 hour or so and just to receive the food in portions.
