Workers at checkout are too busy flirting and playing on their phones to get through the line efficiently. Why should it take three employees 10 minutes to check out one customer?
I took two sets of irons to them, wanted the shafts taken out of one set and put into the heads of another. A bit of an odd job, but they were receptive and helpful every step of the way.nnThe Plano PGA Superstore is closer to my house, but I’ve had less than great experiences there. I’ll drive the extra 15-20 minutes to use the Grapevine Golf Galaxy for any future needs.
My experience at Golf Galaxy was incredible. The staff are very welcoming and respectful towards customers. I was helped by Mr. Brian who was extremely helpful and very kind!!! Overall 10/10 experience!!
I haven’t played much golf in the last 10 years until last Monday. I forgot how fun it was. I got an appointment to be fitted with Mike White for new irons and a driver. Mike spent nearly two hours with me to be sure which irons and driver would be best for me. I can’t say enough good things about Mike! He is fantastic and knows so much about the game. I’ll be coming back to take lessons from him, and I highly recommend you ask for Mike. The staff is great as well.
Brian helped fit me with a new golf driver . He was the BEST. So patient and kind. Ended up with a Ping. Thank you Brian for your kindness.
