This place is amazing, the shoes fit so perfect that it’s a life-changing experience. Due to extreme sports & very active lifestyle I have a bad back and metal hip. The New Balance products have greatly improved. My quality of life and I’ve lessened my daily pain.

If you are looking for a pair of new balance shoes or accessories and you want the best customer service I have ever witnessed, stop by the new balance store in Southlake and ask for Mr. Grant. This young man greeted me with a smile when I walked in the store and asked how he could help, I told him I need walking shoes and athletic shoes. Grant showed me several pairs ,taking the time in answering all my questions and helped me make the right choices. His out going personality was friendly, courteous, respectful, genuine as he wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the choices I made. Grant deserves more than 5 stars. Awesome job Mr. Grant!!

Went in to specifically to be fitted and even mentioned that upon my arrival. I was met by a salesman that was obviously not interested in working with me. He brought out a pair of shoes that were too wide and said he didn’t have my size. He brought another pair of shoes that I did not like. He never offered to try any others or to order some for me. It was clear he hated his job! I was really hoping to get fitted for a comfortable pair of sneakers! I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Everytime I go there to find shoes for my unusual size (14 AA) I find a shoe that fits well and that I like.
