I would not buy boots from here again. Literally after I swiped my card, the salesgirl gives me the receipt and says, “oh, we don’t do returns, but we will exchange if the boots are in unworn condition.” I was shocked, 1.) by the fact it was like I had just been dooped! Why would she not have told me that prior to running my card unless she knew from prior experience that she would have a high probability of losing the sell, because of 2.) this is outside of the norm and not a standard! You are a retailer! This is not custom! It doesn’t make sense!nnThis was my first time to walk in the place and last time. There are too many good boot retailers to work with a bad one...!
The service here is great. Me and my friend bought some necklaces and the girl helping us was so beautiful and sweet. Literally wanted to buy something just because she was so nice so I did. 5 stars!
