Visited Ferrari's a few times. This last times, I had to repeat my order to different people. What happened to customer service? Pass on my order so I don't have to repeat myself. The men's bathroom smallest like a sewer. Food tastes great. I only hope they can fix these gaps so my rating can be increased. Otherwise an excellent establishment.
From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, it was an awesome time through and through.nManagement, ran by Oscar, was a tight ship with a focus on the customer experience. Our waiter, Colin, was friendly, informative, professional and accomdating.nThe ravioli and bone-in cowboy ribeye cooked to a perfect medium-rare, Pittsburgh style, was flawless and whoever made my Old Fashioned deserves a raise.nnMy wife and I had a great time and look forward to our next visit.
Great food and Atmosphere
My wife and I have been to Ferrari's many times. The service has always been top notch and the food great. Get the crab claws for an appetizer, and soak the claws and toasts in the cream sauce.. it's wonderful! Ask for Paula.. she's great!
Truly an amazing place. Exceptional food made by talented people. It is worth every penny for this authentic experience. Everything is at least as good if not better, than everything I ate while in Italy. I have had over half the menu at this point and have always been impressed by the level of consistent perfection to their food. You cannot go wrong here. Favorites are definitely the sea bass, and the rack of lamb when they have that special. All of the pastas are exceptional as well.nnThe service is so genuine and it has become a retreat for us. The owners are such wonderful people. It is has been a pleasure to get to know them.nnLastly, If my Italian grandmother were still with us, she would approve. And that is basically the highest level of confidence you can get from a google review.
