OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Family and I went out for a celebration and Jesse took great care of us. He worked with us to find drinks that we would love and was very educated on the menu. We made modifications to the food and everything came out perfectly. Jesse went the extra mile to make our experience spectacular. We will be back for the chili shrimp rolls and to sit with Jesse at the bar.
It started off a surprise when we sat and was told that happy hour was not available this evening because it was a holdua ( Easter) . After addressing this surprise and how unfortunate it was that we drove from far to enjoy happy hour, the manager allowed us to have happy hour. He was kind and assisted us personally. The food was great and what I always expect it to be from RA.
Jesse has been the highlight of my day every time I’ve come to eat at RA! He’s a great bartender and always upbeat and friendly. I’ve come in several times alone, as well as with friends and always prefer to sit at the bar if he’s working! Service is on point! Also, Brandon is so kind and helpful! They make the experience at one of my favorite spots to eat second to none! :)
