Worthless place. The management at registration table is awe full. They didn’t take me in little earlier than 3 hours before my flight even though they were half empty, and when I came back 1 hour later they were completely full and waiting list was more than 30 min.nnThe place looked very rights people almost sitting on top of each other. After my second attempt I realized there is much more peace and space just inside the airport downstairs.nnNext time I won’t even try to get in, and in general these “club” things become past and hopefully soon it will be changes by model that is more efficient.
We have priority pass and were looking forward to relaxing 30 minutes before our flight. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. What a worthless inefficient run operation. Instead we paid for our drinks and snacks.
Pretty decent for a makeshift lounge. Well done Qatar and Korean air for making this happen. Qatar ground staff at dfw is another matter though.
Good safe place to hang out before flights. Staff are amazing!
With Centurion lounges closed for COVID, it was great finding this gem open for business still. Unfortunately, a lot of people tend to find it, especially during busier windows during the day. That said, the staff are friendly and considerate with respect to preventing the spread, and they clean regularly throughout the lounge.nnIt’s not a lot of space and with the place at capacity, you can wait in line for a place to sit down, but the staff work to make sure you have a good experience and leave for your gate satisfied.
