Poor service, NO service at this Chili’s. Ordered a take out item at the bar. Waited 30 minutes, while the gentleman who came in after me received his order. I asked the young man bartender when my order will be ready, he answered, “I dont know, check with the to-go cashier”. I ordered it at the bar, why do I need to check with the to-go cashier? The bartender walked away, not interested wanting to help me regarding my order. I checked with the to-go cashier who was very nice, she did not have an answer for me either.. She asked if I wanted to wait while they prepared an order for me. I declined and left. My last visit at this Chili’s.
The level of attentiveness, detail and care was beyond what I would expect of i had visited the White House! I know I sound extra but my waitress Chicago was knowledgeable and kind. The managers and subsequent staff equally attentive. My husband wasn't happy with his meal the knew and resolved the issue with haste and smile. It was great afternoon meal!!
Service was great. And the food was perfect. Didn’t have to wait long at all to get served
The customer service was welcoming, then we met our waiter...he wasn't attentive, didn't give his name, we had to waive him down, seemed like he was purposely avoiding my family and I, kept forgetting things. I do understand some places definitely overload their waitstaff, I just felt like he could have done better. And the food was ok... lukewarm, but I dont send food back.
Different but still good it's been awhile since we have eaten there so much has changed ud83dude42
