Great service, two of the girls that worked there came by to offer help and to let us know if they didn't have our size they could order for us. Also, well kept store.
Customer service by sales rep # 300444 was very rude and unwelcoming. My Husband and I came in looking for specific shoes that she wanted to order in two sizes to big. I tried on my shoes I bought and she made a suggestion of a half size up, but when we went to check out. She never told us they didn’t have half sizes and just put in for two sizes bigger. If I had not asked she would have messed up my anniversary with the wrong shoes. Need new staff to provide good customer service and better assistance with customers.
Been there many times. They have a very bad sele tion for men and never have options above size 10.

I drove all the way to the Portofino shopping center location in The Woodlands Texas to pick up my order. I got there at 5:55 due to work and picking up my child at daycare. The door was already locked by the time I got through the automated phone system it was 6. The person that answered the phone was completely rude and hung up on me when I told them that I was going to report the fact that they close the doors early. So now I'm going to have to try this all over again so that we can get our order. Something needs to be done about the store employees locking the door early and their attitude
