I had a terrific experience with DSW. I went in looking for work shoes, and I’m terrible when it comes to deciding what shoes I should get. I asked a lady named Kat if she would mind assisting me. She went above and beyond! From asking what foot width I had, and informing me of what shoes would be more comfortable for me. In the end she helped me order a pair of shoes (with a 10$ coupon I didn’t even know they were offering) that delivered to my house in 2 days. I’m extremely happy with product and customer assistance I received from this DSW.

Very rude staff. I returned a pair of shoes on March 05, 2021 at 6:30 pm and the two girls that were working there were extremely rude. I am not planning to come back to this place. Very bad experience.
Even though I got there 30 mins before closing the ladies were more than welcome to let me in and browse! Place is clean and there wasn’t a lot of people when I got there.
