I purchased a belt which I barely wore and it became tarnished sitting unused in my closet during covid. I expect more from a $100 belt. I will take it in and remove this comment if the issue is resolved. I am not satisfied with shoes I purchased either but that is not as bad.

Man. I have a wedding to get to in a week. I’ve been stuck on buying tasseled loafers for the past few months and couldn’t find a youthful modern model anywhere until I stepped into this store. Problem was, they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted. Will Alvarez looked up and down the system nationwide to find these shoes but, the shoes were being discontinued. Fine, I wanted theses shoes so bad, I’ll take them in the color stocked in store. Bang. None in my size. He made sure to get them expedited for me.nnNow I needed a belt and he had one in store that matched the shoes perfectly (color and stitch). Another problem, it was a sale item and he only had one in a size too small. He did another look around. Personally called the store and had the guy ship it overnight.nnSuperb customer service. Fitted my foot properly. I’ve purchased shoes at Saks, Cole Haan and other places and was never properly fitted until I came here. This is my first pair of Allen Edmonds and will be a returning customer. Thanks.
Great service and selection here. My friend recommended I get Allen Edmonds shoes now that I can afford them. I asked questions about what differentiated Allen Edmonds from other choices, and the sales guy did a great job explaining the value proposition. A++++ service will shop here again.
Beware... after visiting this store all other shoe stores feel second rate!nnMy first time looking at higher class shoes besides standard department stores. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained the types of shoes, measured my feet, and explained why certain styles fit my foot type better.nnI did not feel pressured to buy shoes even after the personalized attention. This was my first of a few stores to check out shoes and the others just felt busy and not much help from the staff.
