This location was clean and organized, staff was very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and lower than most other shoe outlets... especially with their Buy One, Get One offers. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family... we also will be returning for future purchases.

Good supply of shoes and a good sale.
I tried to exchange an online order, in store. However when I arrived at 5:57, the doors were locked WITH CUSTOMERS INSIDE. The new store hours were posted on the door, which clearly stated the store closed at 6pm. I’m sure my service would have taken all of a few mins, because this is NOT my first rodeo. But to arrive and be stopped by locked doors, while their employee clearly stared at me through the door - JUST HORRIBLE. There I am Standing there with two boxes of shoes while pregnant in 90 degree heat!nnNot only was it extreme poor customer service, but clearly a fire hazard to have the doors locked with customers inside during business hours.nnI was just going to exchange my order, but now I’m just going to return it all together. I’d much rather spend my money elsewhere.
