The only thing better than the clothing options was the staff! Absolutely hands down the most amazing customer service. They made me feel comfortable, welcome and awesome!
I love shopping here. Most plus size shops are geared towards older people. Torrid has a wide variety. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
5 stars. Firstly I have been coming here for 4yrs, staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they enforce their mask policy and keep the store from being too packed with people.
Went in hoping to get bra fitted. Was asked to wait because they were dealing with something. I was measured, but did not get the chance to try anything on, as they were too busy to help me get a bra in said size to verify fit. I waited 15-20 minutes for this assistance and then finally left. Will probably be avoiding this location from now on.
Cashier was very friendly & helpful. Processed everything correctly & located just what I needed.
