Horrible service went in asked for a certain shoe an employee said they have it but it's the display in the size that they have left. So he put in box we checked out got home which is 2 hours away with 2 diffrent size shoes in the box . When I called talked to manager he acted like it was my fault that I would have to drive back and exchange them with no remorse on there mess up. I asked if they could mail the other shoe and I mail back the one the screwed up on he said know you would have to bring them in . The manager even looked and said yes he has the 2 diffrent sizes and would hold on to that shoe size they messed up on .I called the tillys online number and they atleast would send a paid box and let me return and reimburse me. Horrible employees and it shows through there manager why in the store.
They have a nice selection of brands. I do like that they have children size clothes.
