Griselda did a great job with helping me find my dress! Never pushy and always sweet. She was flexible with my wants and keen on listening to all my thoughts. I’m so so happy to have found my dress here. People sleep on David’s Bridal and they offer great prices. This location did a great job with client service, and I highly recommend people to come to this location.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a bridesmaid for a wedding that was originally planned for July but due to current circumstances was rescheduled for December. My consultant Anahi was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to find me the right dress. After getting her manager Damian involved, they were able to exchange the dress. They were very understanding.
I went in for a bridesmaid dress. I had major anxiety about it since I hate wearing dresses. Natalie assisted me and did an amazing job. She helped me with different options and made me feel comfortable. I ended up finding a dress and was more than satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel like royalty. If you are looking for excellent customer service then go see Natalie.
The dresses were beautiful. I am a plus size bride and there were not many selections. I am also having a small simple wedding and they did not have dresses to match that style. The employees were very nice and helpful and more than willing to help me find what I wanted. At the end of the day I did not find the style of dress I was looking for but Alejandra, my stylist, was amazing at finding me different options to try!
When I got there, I was extremely nervous. The care, patience, and thought the ladies gave me, made me feel comfortable. She had my taste in mind with every selection and when I finally found my dress, they celebrated with me. They had awesome maid&groom face masks, and beautiful accessories. I had an amazing experience. They felt joy for me and transmitted real, genuine happiness. Couldn't have better customer service for MY DAY.
