I wouldn’t give any stars if I could.nThe food was extremely forgettable, and the drinks as well.nWe started with the lobster ragon that was good and the wings that were not crispy at all.nFor dinner we ordered the steak that had nothing special about it and the tastier thing on the plate were the French fries. The side of mashed potatoes was just sad, I think my 6 year old could have done a better job. Let’s talk about the salmon, it was cooked perfectly with a crispy skin, but that was the only thing good about it, no flavor at all, and the sides? Come on... the fingerlings potatoes literally has just salt and the kale were so flavorless that were watery. The only think that was good were the ribs.nIf you are a restaurant with only 12-15 items in your menu it’s unacceptable that those items are not amazing, your food is tasteless and extremely overpriced for the poor quality.nIt was the second time I tried this place and I’m definitely not coming back.

I came with my family in this place to celebrate my husband birthday. I called to inquire about their outside fire place seats. I was told that it was available on a first come first serve base. When I got there, there was only one fire place on, out of the three they have. Needless to say it was taken, and the waiting was too long. They never bothered telling me that there was only one fire place available instead of all three of them, even though I specifically asked. I left disappointed. They ruined my evening for not being candid. The point is, why have a fire place and not turn it on in the fall when it's chilly and most needed. Go figure.

The spot has great ambiance and I found the service acceptable, staff was friendly.nnSpot is aptly named though, the drinks contain more water than alcohol.nnThe food is equally bland flavor less.nnPrepare to pay for ambiance and nice view of the mystic.

The setting is cool but be careful when you receive your bill. TheY over charged me and my wife. Luckily we had asked for a receipt to be emailed to us. I called the manager Jennifer and she said she would process a refund and she never did. I called back they never answered. We are not going back. I called the credit card company the will process the refund. Be careful be vigilant.

It is a nice bar for some casual drinking and snacking. We tried some of the cocktails and they were decent. The catch is its location and ambience as it is close to the river. The staff was very nice and the service was also quick. Giving it a four star because I have been to many other bars which are better than this, but still it is a good choice.
