I went to return some shoes. They were a gift. It took the manager about 15 minutes before she came to help. I asked why the salesman didn't tell my husband, who bought the shoes for me, that they run small? When I tried to exchange them they didn't have anything I liked. We purchased a Puma sweatshirt and pants, and Puma shoes. The manager argued with me about how was she supposed to know that I didn't have a small narrow foot. I just told her if the salesman would have said to my husband what he said to me about the shoes are simply made smaller than the average size, he wouldn't have bought them, especially with their no cash refund policy.
I came to return shoes and there no updated shoes their all old and the color is not very nice staff is okay not very helpful and I want to refund my money and they said they do t do that only store credit I will never come back and buy shoes in this place sucks
Good prices good sales personnel lots of different kinds of shoes and reasonably priced and sales staffs very helpful

What time does the store close? 30 min til close is when I arrived and to be told by every worker that they close in 5 min is unprofessional if you ask me.
