I wish I could give this place less than one star. Out of all of my time working im retail and being a consumer, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and experienced. I am overall disgusted and appalled by the way we were treated at this store. My boyfriend and I were searching all over for the new pair of Nike air forces that had come out and had searched in every store throughout our area in League city without any luck. We decided to expand our search into Houston when we ran across this store at Almeda mall, we had never been in and we were thrilled about the fact that we had finally found the pair of shoes he wanted in his size at this location, immediately jumping to buy it. This was our first mistake because he wore them out of the store, and on the exactly two minute walk to our car, he had noticed they did not fit, so we walked back to the store and asked if we may get an exchange. The woman who claimed to be the manager, gave us a dirty look and told us she would not do an exchange or refund because the shoes were too “worn”. We explained to her that we had just been there five minutes ago when another young man had been helping us out, but she denied to give us a refund or exchange. This is when another woman claiming to be the manager walked out from the back and started argueing with us, continuing to back up the other manager and saying the shoes were worn and they would not do anything for us, she then told us to grab the shoes and leave because we would not be getting a refund or exchange, and then mocked us as we left. We left In shock of what had happened and went to another location, explained the situation and they gave us the exchange we wanted for another size without any problems or issues and I appreciate and applaud these great managers for being so kind, not just in being able to give us an exchange but for being kind to us period. On the other hand, I have never been so appalled by a shopping experience in my life, I have no idea who hired these two “managers” at this Almeda mall location but they have ruined any image we have about this company. Our friends and family will never again shop at or give our money to a company that is this disrespectful and that does not care about their customers. Take your money somewhere else.
