Called to make sure they had some Birkenstocks in a size 4 in kids! KIDS. They said yes. I get there they try to convince me a size 6 is a kids 4! Which makes no sense. What a waste of time and gas. I get to journeys kids they hand me the right size. In less than 5 minutes. In and out. Should’ve gone there first. My mistake. This journeys sucks

I would like the number to corporate I came to return shoes that I bought yesterday and I was told that they could not return the shoes as they didn't carry those Sperry. I bought the shoes yesterday in memorial mall and since this store was closer I needed to return them since they were too big and they didn't carry my size. This happened @8:13 it was a male and a female in the store. Unfortunately I did not getvrheur names so I called afterwards to get their names and they wouldn't give me their names.

I have a complaint with one of your store sellers in the Journeys located in Almeda Mall. I purchased some shoes on Sunday in Memorial Mall and cane into this store to return them as they fit big. I was told that I could return these Sperry in any Journeys store as long as I had my receipt. So when I went yesterday to this store I was told that they could not be returned because they did not carry that shoe and they would not be able to resell it which does not make any sense to me. I told the girl working there at the time; that this was the closest mall to me and thats why I came into this store. However, she still wouldn't return them. I did not get her name but this happened last night at 8:13 PM and she was with another guy working with her. I decided to call them while I was in the parking lot because I was so upset and none of them would give me their first name (maybe because I told them I would file a complaint). I asked to speak with a manager, was told that she was not in, she left for the day and would be off Wed and Thurs, what a coincidence! Please get with your sales reps about giving out their names when asked and someone explain why these shoes could not be returned after I had bought them the previous day.
