I made a purchase from this store; however, it took longer than forever to get the proper help. I will not be returning to this establishment as customers are not in no way acknowledged. If you don't say anything, then you will not be helped. I blame management for being so relaxed with the employees. Customer Service was very important when I worked retail.

Customer service is not good here. Everyone was sitting around talking with family and friends while customers are sitting waiting for help; if helped at all. My family will be going elsewhere, not in need of shoes that we should have to deal with this type of customer service.
Foot locker has great running shoes and helpful employees.nWonderful service!
The customer service received in this store can not be real. Not only do they not acknowledge you , but it is like pulling teeth to get the employees to stop folding shirts, chatting with friends, or to check inventory for a shoe. Took my business and money to CHAMPS...
