I was very disappointed with my service at Finish line The Almeada mall location. I was not able to get any help. I was trying to do a return and they said I could only get store credit. I did not pay with store credit or a gift card so I still don’t understand why they were trying to give me store credit. I had to go home and call customer service to get a return label. So now I have to wait two weeks to get a refund. Plus I have to go through the extra steps to ship it back. The employee would not even scan my barcode to see what would come up for a refund. If they could have at minimum did that maybe I would have felt like they really tried to help me and not just put me on customer service.
Sensor left on my purchase and in asking for it to be removed, the young female associate acted as if it were an inconvenience. She took her time getting to the front, clicked her nails & motioned her hand to ask for the receipt. Hope for a better experience w/ someone else next time.
