Traelen was really great helping us find basketball shoes for our daughter. He was attentive, quick in getting the shoes for my daughter to try on, and put away the shoes that didn’t fit quickly. It was really nice to see him and hear him give us quality advice on shoes. This is a great team member. I would have offered him a job, but he was happy at his job. I thought he was a manager.
Not too bad good customer service..
There was a young lady that helped me out with the red Adidas Ultra Boost. I didn’t really wanna spend $180 but she was professional and I needed some comfortable shoes for my Florida vacation. The 5 star rating comes from returning 3 hours later to buy some warm ups and when I left she wished me and my wife a happy vacation on my way out the store. How did she even remember I told her that? She wasn’t even ringing me up. That deserves 5 stars, great customer service! Too bad I don’t remember her name but she wore glasses lol...
So I've been calling since after 12 o'clock it's now after 1 o'clock and still no answer, I guess they want no business.. how sad.
I want to thank meagan and Joseph for their service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, made our purchase and what we were looking for easy. Again thanks I appreciate yall making us feel like top customers.
