Very outgoing and friendly staff.nnColleen was absolutely wonderful! . She was so patient with my Mam. She took time trying to find the right shoes for her. She really knew what she was doing. I really enjoyed speaking in Arabia with her. Thank you so much!
I loved the insoles I got here a few years ago. I branched out for a few years (silly decision), but came back here this week. The person working (I think her name was Jill) was absolutely fabulous. She knew what she was talking about, spent time with customers, was patient with grumpy people, etc.. Half the reason I bought stuff today was because she was so great.
They took the time to fit me correctly to a boot and to make sure I loved it. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in the color I wanted and when they checked on line to order it for me, my size was sold out. They called around to other stores and found the color I wanted in my size. It's nice to have people to above and beyond in customer service and aren't just interested in making a sale but having a happy customer
The sales staff was very attentive, but unfortunately, this store does not stock ANY of their styles in wide widths due to the very small space they are in. I was rather disappointed, and decided to try Penney's where I found a perfect pair of New Balance sneakers on sale. There were a lot of styles that were stocked in wide widths as well.
Colleen was absolutely wonderful helping me with orthodics and sneakers. She was very informative and had to multitask between a few customers which she did eloquently without any of them feeling ignored or waiting. I look forward to my purchases helping my feet feel more comfortable.. I bet if you called she would be happy to help
