I had such a great experience finding my wedding dress today! The lady who assisted me, Jodi, was so kind, encouraging and enthusiastic as I tried on each gown. Even the manager, Emily, and other employees voluntarily came to help me and make beautiful suggestions about which looked best! It was a truly peaceful and enjoyable experience. Even though I went in with an entirely different expectation of which dress I wanted, the people who surrounded me today helped me make the perfect choice. I left very happy and excited, and completely trust the people who are taking care of cleanings and alterations. I even got to enter a drawing for $100 worth of Mary Kay makeup with a partnering consultant! Her name was Tamika and she was the sweetest thing. So thankful for this David's Bridal!
I came here on 12.04.2020 to find my Wedding Dress.nMarissa was my stylist and she went above and beyond to find my style and kept it in my budget which was great because I had a peace of mind that she knew what worked and didn't.nShe gave me 5 dresses to try on, on the second dress, we knew it was THE ONE. She explained that I can add to the dress which I did, gave me veils to try on, she just knew my style right away and I got everything!nThroughout the time I was there she kept asking if I liked or not, she can find something better which is great service. Even provide water.nI'm picking up my dress soon and I'm so satisfied with the services. Marissa did a fabulous job with everything, attended my mother and sister great.nOverall, a super great experience!
Kayla helped me find the exact bridal dress I was looking for and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so helpful and her personality is awesome.nnUpdate - I have now had my dress altered and ready for my wedding day in less than one month from now. I cannot express more how much I LOVED the associate who I had my appointment with in alterations - Brigiette. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my dress all while having fun conversations too. From the first appointment to the last for pick up. I absolutely love her! She did an amazing job with the dress and I know I won’t forget her on my big day!!
I had such a wonderful experience this past Tuesday at this Sugar Land location! Jordan was amazing and really made me feel comfortable and welcome -which is honestly more than I can say about the place I tried just a few hours prior. I honestly wasn't expecting to find THE dress the first day I started looking but I did! Out of all 13 dresses I tried on that day (5 at David's Bridal), lucky number 13 was THE ONE. I've been a bridesmaid for a number of brides that have tried on and/or chosen their dress at DB and have always witnessed great customer service but again, Jordan made it extra special and I'm so happy to have had her help me!
I went David’s Bridal in Sugarland yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! Michelle was absolutely amazing and patient. She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams! I showed her a photo of a dress I favored and she found one very similar and even added a sash to the dress! I also had 4 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and 3 flower girls. She assisted everyone by fitting each person and helping them find their correct size. I’m not sure how she managed with so many people but she did it effortlessly and with a smile! Thanks for making my day so special Michelle!
