Great customer service and great selection to choose from.
Had to return an item I purchased online from Academy Sports and Outdoors. Within 5 minutes I was back out the door on my way to my next errand. They made it very simple and it was quite pleasurable of an experience where returns are often one of the most dreaded tasks a shopper has to experience.
This location always has helpful and friendly staff. I appreciate their commitment to health and customer safety.
Several assistants willing to help us find what we wanted.nWe went to get a bench. They helped find it, carry it to the register & one carried it to & helped put it into our Mini Cooper.
Staff was very courteous and were very committed to their job. An associate named Jacob helped us mount a kayak that we had purchased and gave us tips on how to transport it. Definitely five stars for staff.
