Gregory’s customer service is excellent!! They, and especially Jon, a salesperson there, go above and beyond and the extra mile to provide me with wonderful clothing that I absolutely love and can’t find anywhere else!! I am so happy to have found Gregory’s and am thoroughly excited to keep working with them and Jon to purchase outstanding, exceptional clothing. Not only is the customer service and clothing exceptional, but the clothing is shipped to me very quickly and I receive it very soon after ordering it. I am thoroughly impressed and glad for the personalized customer service!

Have been a customer for more than ten years, and their customer service is world class. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff, and have ushered into the market a host of World-class designer brands that have become household names.

I placed an order in DECEMBER 2020.... Were now in MARCH of 2021, I have yet receive my order. My money was most definitely drafted in December, yet the product “was not able to be located” NORMALLY when a business isn’t able to for fill the order they do what.... give a refund right, WRONG, not Gregory’s they KEEP your money & send you through multiple people to get multiple excuses “sick” “surgery” “im so sorry this is my fault” by not just one person “associates just stopped showing up for work” I mean like multiple excuses, AGAIN not my issues, nor professional at all but being understanding and patient I have been I just accept the apology and keep moving. Jon and Alexis have been nothing but UNPROFESSIONAL & STEAL peoples money ! Being a “high end” store sad that you steal from people especially through a time where people are trying to avoid going to stores during a pandemic. I have all the text messages from both employees will be posting them and going through every single way to get my money back from this situation. If you go to photos from my review you can see our messages a refund in January is expected a refund after three months and a promised replacement is RIDICULOUS! Wouldn’t have known of a replacement if it wasn’t for this employee so why not honor what you say?nnWhat’s bizarre is a company arguing with a customer yet to have contacted via phone.nWhat’s bizarre is you are NOW ABLE to refund something but wasn’t able to MONTHS AGO SO I WOULDNT DO THIS TYPE OF REVIEW.nWhat’s bizarre is that you try to keep mentioning a price on something like it makes a difference no don’t promise people a replacement you are not able to afford.. I would have never known of this hoodie YOU SENT THE PICTURE. If u look at the pictures I posted you clearly see YOUR EMPLOYEE sending pictures of things for me to choose from. So your argument is completely BIZARRE lol.nAlso I completely asked Jon and Alexis for a refund I wouldn’t have known of this hoodie of so much more value.nWhat’s bizarre is you don’t have an explanation on why I still never got my other shirt.nBut you clearly don’t have time to be professional.nPs also the fact that I made this purchase months ago and got my refund a day ago because I made this post was exactly my point you made how rude and non empathetic and unprofessional you all are to a persons money time and I hope anyone who see this opts out of your online services!

Drafts accounts but does not send order ! DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY !!!! You have been warned !! They steal peoples money.nnWhat’s sad is people taking peoples money for months and then after people try to warn others you all try to cover it up no it’s not fake at all Jon and Alexis make excuses for months the company has proof of everything what’s sad is that your company hasn’t had made anything right but posting online there’s multiple text messages with no response but can respond online when everyone is watching. Not the first person to have online issues. Not posting abt in store but as far as online SCAM.
