What can you say, it’s Nike. But staff are not helpful at all. You have to be on your own. But the shoes are amazing.
Literally drive across town just to get to this nike store on time so that I can exchange my merchandise. It was 5:45pm (they close at 6pm) and they closed their doors because they let in double the occupancy limits. Definitely not safe considering the pandemic and also unfortunate for those who got there before closing.
I had questions about my online order and they will not answer the phone. I called 10 times over 2 days. I went to pick it up and there were more employees in the store than customers. One of them can’t pick up the phone??
The store has temporary hours, but the mall itself is opened an hour earlier. The store was very nice but not much selection when it comes to Jordan's. Still had a very good time shopping here.
I loved the visit. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, walking out with an amazing pair of running shoes. They had other styles just not in my size.
