I made a purchase online and tried to return it inside of the store, which my receipt and customer service said I could. Only to be told by the ”acting manager” (who was very rude) that I could not return anything that was purchased online and that she would mail my return back to the warehouse, I would have to wait for them to process my return and that was my only option.nnAfter asking why and receiving the answer of ”because that's my store policy and I don't have to accept your return.” Needless to say I will not purchase anything else from Michael Kors online or in the store!
Loved my experience. Both of the associates were very helpful and very attentive.

The employees were so nice and helpful. I told the lady helping me the watch I was picking up was a retirement present. She wrapped the watch and put it in a bag, it was so pretty!!
Friendly staff and they always have great merchandise.
