This Tods is Great. Brian goes above and beyond. Brain needs a promotion.
Not accommodative. No refunds , only store credit. You have to exchange within 20 days if not satisfied. Also, not friendly. They do not have good stock in the store. The good ones that you find online are not available in the store.
Shirley gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. I bought and returned two different pairs of shoes before finally deciding on a third pair. Her patience and genuineness was beyond comparison throughout the entire process. I have been buying Gucci and Ferragamo for years but won't be anymore thanks to my experience with Shirley.
Largest Mall in the South the last time I checked. You get some exercise for sure. High-end and as serious as a migraine only fairly positive.
Very pushy and rude salespeople. Also, the store is always really warm...not sure if it's just because their heater is always running
