What a special experience with such a rich heritage and beautiful showroom. Love the Lucchese Team!
I cannot get anyone from the Dallas store to call me back to purchase custom boots. I have tried now 4 times and reached out to their corp. headquarters. Nothing will work, not even their direct line. Either no answer or someone picks up and then just hangs on the line.
The boots are the finest, the service even better! Robyn made us feel incredibly welcome. Fitting my fiance to exactly the boots she wanted. Being custom made she can't wait to receive them. We have had off the shelf Lucchese boots before that are awesome, we can only imagine what these will be like.
I love Lucchese boots and will probably never buy anything else, but after going to the Dallas store and being told that most of the boots arent in stock for purchase, I was super disappointed. I was able to find a pair in stock so all wasnt a loss...
These are the real deal in terms of boots, y’all! My daughter loves the ones I got here. Wish I still had my legs so I could buy me some:(
