Great company. I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone after a couple rings two separate times. I spoke with Melissa who helped me return and get the right coat I ordered within a day and a half. Keep up the great work!
Jeremy spent a lot of time fitting me in ski boots and did an all around great job.
Best ski shop in dallas area with excellent service. Equipment selection is decent considering we are in texas but they have top brands.nnYou can bring skis to get waxed, tuned, boots adjusted, or edge sharpened. I can trust them to bring my skis there.nnA bit on the expensive side for the items, but it comes with service you can't get anywhere else.
Great customer service more often than not. Standard product pricing a bit high, but their services for board/ski wax & prep are high quality.
