Awesome store! Barbara was amazing.
Had superb customer service when I was in the store a few days ago. The store associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. Malcolm, in particular, took time to help me find the right shoes and sizes to fit me best. I wish all retail experiences were like this.
I have been buying from this store since at least 2013 and have purchased tens of thousands of dollars worth of shoes and clothes from Allen Edmonds in general from philly to Austin. Today at around 12:09 on 10/19/2019 the store clerk basically told me to go buy Levis obviously he thought I couldn’t afford the make a purchase at your store. Today I came in to make a large purchase that I will now drive out of my way to go to a different vendor brand and spend my money there. Extremely bad customer service! I am undecided I might switch brands because of the insinuation that I’m poor. Though it shouldn’t matter if I am or not he calibrated his verbiage as I was poor and should buy some Levis.
