I DRIVE OVER 150 MILES ROUND TRIP TO BRING MY SHOES TO COBBLESTONE SHOE HOSPITAL ON MOCKINGBIRD. THAT'S HOW MUCH I THINK OF THEM. AND EVERY TIME I PICK THEM UP IT'S LIKE PICKING UP AN OLD FRIEND EXCEPT THEY LOOK BETTER. COBBLESTONE IS THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. WISH EVERY COMPANY COULD SAY THAT.
I am very pleased with the repairs on my purse and shoes. I have a collections of my favorites shoes to wear this summer. Excellent work on them
It’s always a pleasant experience dropping off and picking up my shoes. The representatives I’ve dealt with are always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of repair is excellent and also prompt. I’m glad that our neighborhood has a dependable and professional shoe repair shop nearby. Thank you!
Zero recommendation here. Run the other way!nBased on my First and Last time experience, I found them to be GROSSLY overpriced, under delivered in services and it took a month to get my shoes back, with zero communication from them. They charged me approx $45 to replace heel caps on a bootie and the equivalent of a so called shoe shine (at it's best). Zero follow up and no one answers the phone most of the time. It took approx 30 days to get my booties back! Management clearly has issues that need to be resolved.
The gentleman who helped me was very unprofessional. When I went to drop off my shoes, he was asleep and seemed hungover the entire time. The pricing at Cobblestone is not very transparent. One price I got over email was different than the price the gentleman quoted me at the counter. There's no price list and the gentleman was very unfriendly throughout the process.nnThey do good work on repairs, however, if you give them dusty/dull shoes, expect dusty/dull shoes in return. A complimentary shoe shine with each repair is something easy they could offer that would make me a more satisfied customer.
