I'll give it a three , only cause my broccoli was under cooked and not to pleasing though I still ate it , the rest of my food was good . My Kids seemed to enjoy their food as well as my Husband . The waitress was very nice and friendly , We did get our food fast and it was warm enough. On the other note the restroom was filthy, just walking to it was kinda dirty , but I see one lady Trying to clean. All in All we did enjoy ourselves.

Our waitress was great and checked on us often but the food kept coming out over cooked or undercooked

People were walking in with blankets and sweaters cuz this Place was FREEZING COLD!!! Didn’t even finish my meal due to how cold it was and wanting to get out ASAP. Other than that my server was AMAZING... and cute. The bit of food I did eat was delicious. Only way I would return is if it wasn’t to cold

Great service! My husband said his burger was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. Fries were good too (I ate some.) Food was delivered super fast and was nice and fresh.

I will start by saying that I understand these are rough times and we get hit by crummy things outside of our control. But how we respond to this makes all the difference. I think this is what happened but all this to say, we ordered pick up. We had 3 cheeseburgers and 3 margaritas. Pretty simple. We arrived at our designated time. The app tells me our order is ready. There are no spaces and cars are everywhere blocking other spots waiting for a pick up spot. My husband goes to get our food and is greeted in an inhospitable manner and told our food isn’t ready and that we would need to wait until we can get into one of the spots. He comes back to car. I call the restaurant. 10 mins later, I’m still on hold. He goes to talk to manager. He waits, does eventually get our food. I’m still on hold. We get home. Fries are cold. Burgers are very pink and lukewarm. I was on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever came back to get my call. Food was horrible. How you respond matters and due to no customer acknowledgement, rude employees and bad food, this Chili’s location has lost us as a customer.
